As a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, you will be part of a team that values your well-being and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care medical services for assigned patients, including preventive physical examinations, evaluation and treatment of injuries and illnesses, and referrals to appropriate specialties or facilities.
• Prescribe medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care as appropriate.
• Perform appropriate medical procedures within the provider's scope of practice.
• Communicate effectively with patients and family so that they understand their diagnosis, treatment plans, and need for follow-up care.
• Document within the electronic medical record system (Athena), according to established guidelines to facilitate ongoing quality of care in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant family practice and urgent care experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
