  • Act as the primary communication point for drivers through various channels.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple client requests.
  • Monitor driver movements to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer and veterinary inquiries.
  • Assist in keeping the crematory facility and vehicles clean and presentable.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Physical capability to lift at least 75lbs without assistance.
  • Access to a mobile phone for communication and navigation purposes.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $22.
