Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team at Blackstone Consulting.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll management, including data collection, entry, and reporting, as well as a strong understanding of general accounting principles.

Responsibilities will include managing compensation using payroll software, collecting and verifying timekeeping information, calculating pay, and updating payroll records.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to investigate and resolve discrepancies, and prepare and submit reports to the home office.

Additionally, the Payroll Clerk will be responsible for maintaining office files and employee records, and assisting with the new hire process.
