We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Long Term School Nurse to join our team at the West Mifflin Area School District. As a substitute school nurse, you will provide essential health and wellness support to students, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities- Administer first aid, CPR/AED, and authorized health treatments to students, staff, and visitors.
- Complete injury or accident reports for hurt students or staff.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Substitute for the school nurse when they are absent or attend field trips.
- Registered Nurse (RN) License or Certified School Nurse Certification.
- Clearances must be obtained within one year: PA State Criminal History Record, Child Abuse Report, and FBI Criminal History Report.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
