  • As a member of the CPICU team, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed RN to refine your nursing skills and provide compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will participate in managing clinical situations, documenting procedures and patient care, and adhering to policy and procedure requirements of the organization.
  • In addition to delivering high-quality patient care, you will also contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and maintain compliance with hospital expectations.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in critical care nursing, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred, but not required.
  • No previous experience is required, but candidates with greater than 12 months of experience are not eligible.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
