Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Adoration Home Health and Hospice. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
- Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Case Manager
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities
- Collaborate with the hospice team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Meet the training requirements of the State
- Completed a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training
- Minimum of 6 months experience in providing personal care
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given
- Ability to work with little direct supervision
