Key Responsibilities
As a Civil Project Engineer, you will:
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet established goals within budget and time constraints.
  • Analyze project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety and construction standards.
  • Utilize CPM scheduling software to develop and maintain accurate project timelines.
  • Prepare and modify reports, specifications, and designs as necessary.
  • Manage project costs and maintain financial records, including progress billings and budget forecasts.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.
  • Promote a culture of safety and respect among all team members and subcontractors.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex technical documents.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
