Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve dish machine operations and mechanical issues.
  • Promote and sell additional products and services to clients.
  • Provide on-call emergency assistance.
  • Collect payments from customers and ensure timely account follow-ups.
  • Deliver and retrieve chemical products.
  • Establish rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Educate customers on the proper use of cleaning and sanitizing products.
  • Negotiate renewals of service agreements and price adjustments.
