Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Residential Caregiver to join our team and provide care to our residents in one of our small neighborhoods. The ideal candidate will possess a professional appearance, a caring and compassionate demeanor, and be attentive and observant. They will also have a positive attitude and be willing to work in a team setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide care to residents in a supportive and respectful manner
  • Assist with daily tasks and activities as needed
  • Participate in care planning and communication with the care team
Requirements
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Satisfactory background check, drug test, physical, and Tuberculosis test
Benefits
  • $15-$18 per hour (estimated)
  • Competitive pay rate
  • $1.50 evening/night differential
  • $1.00 for $1.00 401k/company match
  • Bi-weekly pay/direct deposit
