Position Overview

This MS/Tele position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a telehealth setting.

About the Role

In this role, you will work as a Nurse Specialist in Telehealth, utilizing your expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat patients remotely. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients via video conferencing or phone calls
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans
  • Conducting thorough assessments and identifying potential health risks
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $1924-$2520 per week, based on hours worked. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current RN license in the state of practice
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

Location and Shifts

This position is based in Laveen, AZ, with shifts available from 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. You will be required to work weekends in rotation with core staff.
