- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- IV certification (if required by state regulations)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body
- BONENT or CHT certification (if required by state regulation)
- Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting
