Job Overview

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Telemetry Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a Telemetry Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Neuro ICU environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Neuro ICU
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and other vital signs
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements
  • 2+ years of current tele experience, including Neuro experience
  • Active BLS, ACLS, and AZ license or compact
  • Ability to travel to sister facility, Mercy Gilbert, if needed
  • Pass a dysrhythmia exam upon offer with 2 max attempts
  • Pass a Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation
  • COVID vaccine required or declination form with appropriate documentation and hospital approval
Work Environment

This is a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
