We are seeking a skilled Instrument Maintenance Specialist to join our team as a Repair Technician at one of our retail stores. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about music, customer service, and maintaining high-quality instruments.

About the Role
This role involves providing exceptional customer service, performing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, and assisting in the maintenance of store inventory. As an Instrument Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all instruments are in excellent working condition, which requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a passion for music.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and assistance to customers regarding instrument maintenance and repairs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, adjusting, and setting up instruments
- Conduct repairs on customer-owned instruments, including guitar setup, electronics repair, and other specialized services
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide detailed reports to management
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient workflow

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars and other stringed instruments
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in tools and equipment used in instrument repair
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
