Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at V R Della Infotech Inc. As a key member of our rehabilitation therapy team, you will work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans and provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct therapy sessions, including exercises and therapeutic activities, to improve motor skills, strength, coordination, and functional abilities.
  • Document patient progress, changes, and responses to therapy in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and activities to promote continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and the best outcomes for patients.
Qualifications
  • Active certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
  • Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the state of the assignment.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a COTA.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively with diverse healthcare teams.
