Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler to join our team at CAES. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production of our electronic systems, working closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure the highest level of quality and precision.
Responsibilities- Assemble electronic components, assemblies, and subassemblies using a variety of techniques, including soldering, wire bonding, and adhesives.
- Work from samples, visual aids, prints, and process sheets to ensure accurate and precise assembly.
- Perform rework and repair of assemblies as required.
- Use a variety of tools and machinery, including wire and ribbon bonders, to assemble electronic components.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with soldering, wire bonding, or electrical/electronic assembly preferred.
- Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
