Role Description

The Card DS Partnerships team is developing next-generation risk models to capture emerging risks more quickly and accurately for all card products. This requires innovating model structures and investing in infrastructure tools to systematize the development process.

We're looking for detail-oriented, passionate professionals who can drive business improvements through learning and applying new machine learning techniques, communicate effectively, and work well in teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric products
  • Leverage a broad technology stack to reveal insights in huge volumes of data
  • Build machine learning models through design, training, evaluation, validation, and implementation
  • Translate complex work into tangible business goals

About You

  • You love analyzing and creating, but also share our passion for doing the right thing for customers
  • You challenge conventional thinking and improve the status quo
  • You're comfortable with open-source languages and are passionate about developing further
  • You've built models, validated them, and backtested them
  • You know how to interpret a confusion matrix or a ROC curve

Salary Range

$165,100 - $188,500 per annum (New York City), depending on location and experience
