About the Role

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer receives a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers, colleagues, and management
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and promote sales
  • Lead the sales floor and assist/mentor colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Consistently promote company programs, including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking and performing general housekeeping duties
  • May cross-train to perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistive devices
  • Ability to stand for periods of time, stoop, crawl, and bend
Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this role considers several factors, including skill sets, experience, and training. At Camping World Holdings, Inc., we offer a competitive hourly rate, with a pay range of $14.00-$17.68. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and more. Part-time associates are offered access to dental and vision coverage.
