About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to provide exceptional service to our guests at the Courtyard by Marriott. As the face of the hotel during overnight hours, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and complete the check-in/check-out procedure through the Property Management System, obtaining and storing pertinent information.
  • Handle cash, credit card information, and goods at the property.
  • Identify the needs of each guest and provide relevant information regarding hotel services and amenities, creating an accommodating environment for all.
  • Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
  • Take reservations from incoming callers and input all pertinent information into the hotel management system.
  • Organize previous shifts' paperwork, close and balance all room accounts and vouchers, investigate and analyze out-of-balance situations, run trial balance reports, and perform night audit.
  • Prepare guest folios for express check-out.
