The University of Florida Department of Anesthesiology, Division of Neuro-anesthesiology, is seeking highly skilled Neuro-anesthesia-trained anesthesiologists to collaborate with our vibrant team in Gainesville, FL.
The OpportunityOur Neuro-anesthesia division boasts a dynamic, growing academic practice that includes a fellowship program and close collaboration with neuromedicine and neurosurgical specialists in a supportive environment that fosters innovation and teamwork.
We staff nine specialized operating rooms designed for neurosurgical and orthopedic spine procedures, including two hybrid endovascular suites and rooms equipped with intraoperative MRI capabilities. Additionally, we are a certified comprehensive stroke center.
Annually, we serve approximately 5,000 patients undergoing a diverse range of procedures. At the heart of our practice lies a commitment to advancing patient outcomes and contributing to the field of neuro-anesthesiology.

- Neuro-anesthesia experience (Do not need to be neuro fellowship trained)
- Skills in clinical care, research, and/or education
- ABA certification/eligibility
- Credentials to obtain a State of Florida physician's license
