As a Registered Nurse RN Cardiac Care at Research Medical Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, partnering with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care and coordinate all functions in the unit.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnership with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and services.
  • Coordinating, evaluating, customizing, and delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Providing coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assisting with staff scheduling.

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
