Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Collaborate with our fitness team to design and implement new group fitness programs, including creating schedules, assigning instructors, and managing program logistics.
  • Class Management: Ensure that all group fitness classes are well-organized, well-attended, and meet the high standards of our club.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train group fitness instructors, providing feedback and coaching to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, responding to their concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on program participation, attendance, and feedback to our management team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as exercise science or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a group fitness setting, with a proven track record of program development and implementation.
  • Certifications: Nationally accredited group fitness certification, such as AFAA, ACE, or NASM.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
