About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Associate to join our team at the MGH Cancer Center in Waltham. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist RNs with various functions, including phlebotomy and EKGs
  • Prepare and set up equipment, such as Paxman cooling systems
  • Accompany patients to infusion bays for treatment and assist with ordering and stocking
  • Respond to patient requests in a timely manner and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Monitor patient safety and communicate effectively with patients and staff

Requirements
