About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every patient and customer has a positive experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Product Knowledge: Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
  • Frame Selection: Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping our customers choose the perfect vision solution.
  • Measurement and Consultation: Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
  • Store Environment: Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Appearance and Organization: Take pride in the appearance of the store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
  • Inclusive Culture: Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Skills: Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Adaptability: Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
  • Sales and Communication: Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
