As a key member of our National Response Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial roofing projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of commercial construction experience, with a proven track record of project management and leadership.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
