Key Responsibilities:

The Nutritional Services Assistant will support the culinary team in various food-related tasks as directed, adhering to established food service policies and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serving meals to residents
  • Setting up and clearing dining areas
  • Assisting with dishwashing and sanitation tasks

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to engage positively with residents and collaborate with team members
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Compliance with local health regulations and successful completion of a health assessment
  • Physical and sensory capabilities, with or without assistance
