The role of the Service Porter involves the secure handling and transportation of recreational vehicles and associated equipment for Alpin Haus. This position is essential for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the property.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with alternating Saturdays.

Compensation: $18-21 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently park and relocate vehicles to optimize space usage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in parking areas.
  • Safeguard all keys associated with the vehicles.
  • Assist in preparing vehicles for servicing.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks within the indoor shop environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in operating or towing recreational vehicles and/or boat trailers.
  • A valid driver's license, free from major infractions, subject to insurance approval.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
  • Ability to engage in activities such as talking, hearing, walking, sitting, and using hands for various tasks.
  • Capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
