The Swift Group is seeking a highly skilled Microelectronics Engineer to join our team in Laurel, MD. This role requires expertise in semiconductor fabrication, including process development in metal and dielectric deposition/etch, semiconductor failure analysis, semiconductor metrology, photolithography, and advanced packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement semiconductor fabrication processes
• Analyze and troubleshoot semiconductor failures
• Conduct semiconductor metrology and characterization
• Design and develop photolithography processes
• Lead advanced packaging development and implementation

Requirements:

• At least eight (8) years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Desired experience in fabricating superconducting devices and advanced packaging

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in an acquisition-related field and professional certification
• FACTS experience preferred

Security Clearance:

• A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required
