Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Cardiac Cath Lab to join our team at Methodist Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our Cardiac Cath Lab operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Cardiac Cath Lab team, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Manage and oversee the budget for the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective financial management.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with hospital educational requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, nursing, or business) and 2 years of management experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or related area.
  • OR High school diploma or GED and 4 years of Cardiac Cath Lab management experience, or a combination of 4 years of post-high school education and Cardiac Cath Lab management experience.
  • RNs: Bachelor of Science in Nursing and 2 years of management experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or related area.
