Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments, and documenting patient information
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Monitor and evaluate patient progress, and make adjustments to care plans as needed
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

Requirements:

* Graduate of an approved school of nursing
* Licensed and registered in good standing in New York State as a Registered Nurse
* Experience working with geriatric patients is desirable
* Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team
* Knowledge of medical, social, and psychological needs of residents
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
