Responsibilities:- Deliver a full range of nursing care to residents, including completing initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments, writing and revising plans of care, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes regarding resident condition and care given, and promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- RN with current licensure to practice in the state.
- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure quality of care standards for residents.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
- Mental Health experience.
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC).
