About the Job
The Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for FAMILY DOLLAR's customers. Key responsibilities include interacting with customers, processing cash transactions, and answering product-related questions.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register to process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the sales floor and stockroom areas, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
