Premier Dental Center in San Antonio, TX seeks an experienced Dental Office Manager. As the most critical resource, you will be crucial to fulfilling our vision of being a customer experience leader. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in building teams, creating a positive office environment, and motivating others through their words, actions, and personal example.

We are looking for someone with excellent time management skills, able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively. You will schedule appointments, track supplies, monitor budgets, greet patients, and provide administrative support to our clinical and non-clinical staff members. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday.

The key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the point person for office manager duties, including hitting office budget, production goals, hiring and staffing goals, overall office performance
- Answering calls, scheduling patients, collecting payments, verifying insurance, checking patients in/out, posting payments, and delivering a distinctive patient experience
- Organizing daily morning huddles and additional staff meetings as necessary
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
- Providing general support to our Dentist and staff members
- Leading the hiring process and completing onboarding tasks for new hires
- Conducting annual reviews, addressing performance issues, ensuring training requirements are up-to-date, etc.
- Planning in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, conferences, and lunch and learns

To succeed in this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years as a Dental Office Manager, knowledge of dental office front and back, proficiency in G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, and G-Mail), and Denticon experience is a plus.

You can expect to earn an estimated salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
