Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Esthetician with a strong desire to help others, promote health and wellness, and convey the benefits of a regular skin care regimen. The ideal candidate will have impeccable work ethic and customer service skills, a professional manner and appearance, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality skin care services to our guests, including facials, chemical peels, and other treatments.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of skin care products and treatments, and make recommendations to guests based on their individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other spa professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to all spa policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest skin care trends and techniques.
Requirements
  • North Carolina License/ adherence to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
  • Liability insurance.
  • Flexible with the scheduling needs of a 7-day business.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years, hands-on skin care experience preferred.

Compensation
