Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Perfecto Tool & Engineering Co Inc. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programming and Setup: Read prints and set up CNC Mill using 2D and 3D CAD/CAM software to produce parts with precise tolerances and surface finishes.
  • Tooling and Maintenance: Identify and communicate tooling needs, setup and load tooling for jobs, and monitor tooling, coolant, and oil levels on machines.
  • Quality Control: Verify parts using measuring instruments to ensure surface finishes and tolerances meet print specifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot normal program and machine issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience setting up and running CNC mills.
  • Education: Associate's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Hurco experience preferred, MasterCam experience preferred, and ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
