Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of clinical staff and supportive supervisors to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene, mobility, and other daily needs.
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, adaptability, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible individual with a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
