Position Overview
As a pivotal member of the executive team, the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is tasked with spearheading the growth and development strategies for Cardinal Health.

This role is essential in broadening the organization's outreach, cultivating strategic alliances, enhancing service offerings, and steering the overall vision to ensure exceptional healthcare delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership experience and a proven track record of collaboration with healthcare professionals across various therapeutic domains.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct the commercial operations and strategic initiatives to formulate and implement robust development plans that align with the organization's mission and growth targets.
- Discover and capitalize on opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and program enhancements to elevate the organization's influence and effectiveness.
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers and research institutions.
- Outline a strategic pipeline that includes growth opportunities and new revenue avenues, such as service line diversification, market entry, or innovative program development.

- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create and execute branding and marketing strategies that enhance the organization's visibility and reputation through compelling messaging, promotional content, and public relations efforts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, life sciences, or a related discipline; an advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Healthcare Administration) is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years in an executive strategy and development role or a comparable position is preferred.
- Proven success in strategic and business development, particularly within the healthcare sector, including market opportunity identification and business plan formulation for growth.
- Experience in selling complex solutions and services directly to healthcare professionals is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to effectively articulate the organization's mission and impact.
- Familiarity with oncology and related healthcare trends, regulations, treatment options, and research advancements.
- Strong business acumen and financial expertise to ensure optimal resource allocation and investment returns.
- Experience in leading and managing diverse teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Compensation and Benefits
- Anticipated Pay Range: $160,000 - $247,000 USD
- Bonus Eligibility: Yes, 35%
- Benefits include health insurance, 401k contributions, paid time off, and vacation.
