Premises Technician

MainStay Suites is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical hotel property and grounds, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.

We offer a competitive salary of $48,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.

• Maintain the physical hotel property and grounds, including performing necessary repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Provide exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
• Perform routine custodial duties as required or assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance skills, including plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, painting, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to receive written and verbal direction in English and speak clearly.
• Ability to keep records of limited difficulty.
• Ability to be available for emergency repairs.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
