Position Summary:
We are currently seeking skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Caregivers to assist elderly clients, particularly those experiencing dementia-related challenges. Candidates with a background in caring for bedbound individuals and proficiency in using gait belts and Hoyer lifts are highly preferred.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, applicants must possess:
- A valid driver's license
- A reliable personal vehicle
- Auto insurance
- A minimum of 5 years of professional caregiving experience.

Availability:
General availability is required from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Shifts may vary from 2 to 8 hours based on client needs. Candidates should be available for at least 2-3 days a week and 2 weekends each month.

Key Responsibilities:
As a CNA or Caregiver, your duties will include:
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing and grooming.
- Providing physical support for client transfers and mobility as per care plans.
- Aiding clients with prescribed non-skilled exercises.
- Changing bed linens and assisting with laundry as necessary.
- Ensuring a safe environment by clearing clutter from client areas.
- Preparing light meals during visits.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of care supplies and equipment.
- Assisting clients with self-administered medications and applying topical ointments as directed.
- Supporting clients with various Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
