Job Title: Middle School Swim Coach

We are seeking a part-time USA Swimming Coach to lead our middle school group swimmers. This coach will be responsible for a diverse group of athletes, ranging from state champions/finalists to swimmers working towards divisional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching: Oversee the development of the middle school group, ensuring alignment with the Head Coach's vision and the club's overall objectives.
  • Culture Development: Foster a positive and supportive team culture, emphasizing the club's core values and philosophy.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, swimmers, and the broader coaching staff.
  • Goal Setting and Athlete Development: Develop personalized goal-setting plans for swimmers and monitor their progress, focusing on both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks related to the practice group, such as meet entries, attendance tracking, and performance analysis.
