Key Responsibilities:
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Repairs: Address repair requests from residents and promptly resolve issues related to common areas.
  • Groundskeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including outdoor amenities such as the pool.
