Job Title: Server

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment, and being aware of guests' needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Thoroughly understand product specifications, perform opening and closing procedures, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards, follow local health department laws, and practice safe work practices.
