We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic team at CSI Group. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys and clients by providing exceptional clerical and support services.

• Client Support
  • Meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned projects
  • Interview clients and witnesses and prepare summaries of their statements
• Document Preparation
  • Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and real estate transactions
• File Management
  • Organize, store, and retrieve client files, which may include financial documents, outdated wills, and other personal documents
• Administrative Support
  • Organize client conferences and attorney meetings
  • Prepare information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
• Calendar Management
  • Maintain attorney calendar by planning and scheduling conferences, teleconferences, and dispositions
• Record Keeping
  • Develop and maintain records regarding billable hours spent on specific cases

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required
• Paralegal certificate required
• Some related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, and other related matters
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
