Compensation: $16.80-$19.50/hour
*Initial training compensation is at a reduced rate.
Pay Structure: Your compensation will be based on your RBT certification and experience. If you have not yet obtained your RBT, we will assist you in achieving this certification.

- Bachelor's Degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, early childhood, or a related field.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited graduate-level behavior analytic program.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
