Civil Engineer III

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer III to lead the planning, design, and management of public works projects. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with the City Engineer and Director of Public Works to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Manage and supervise the work of engineers and technicians in the design and construction of public works projects.
• Prepare and review plans, drawings, specifications, and estimates for public works projects.
• Coordinate with other city departments and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and technicians on complex projects.

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer License.
• At least 10 years of civil engineering experience, including 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license.
