Position Purpose:
The Senior Vice President of Training Solutions is tasked with evaluating the training requirements of the organization and developing comprehensive training initiatives. This role involves strategically shaping a high-performing training department, implementing effective training programs, and establishing best practices that align with the company’s objectives.
The Training Department encompasses four key areas: Training Delivery, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, and Corporate Compliance Training. The Senior Vice President will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing global training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead effective training teams, focusing on recruitment, development, and performance management.
- Oversee the Training Revenue and manage departmental budgets.
- Design a comprehensive training strategy and develop the training department to meet organizational needs.
- Create and curate all training materials, including guides for trainers, participant resources, and feedback systems.
- Collaborate with local and corporate stakeholders to plan and deliver training programs and strategies.
- Manage and coordinate all training activities aimed at promoting continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to uphold training quality standards.
- Supervise Training Directors and site Training Managers, ensuring compliance with client-specific requirements.
- Drive results through effective reporting and enhancement of tools to measure training effectiveness.
- Deliver training programs that improve retention rates and enhance the skills and morale of new employees.
- Facilitate effective communication with operations management to provide feedback and support process improvement training.
- Coordinate departmental activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals, including cost management and staffing.
- Analyze diverse situations and data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Oversee the organization’s closed-loop training program, focusing on quality and operational excellence.
- Identify and manage key interfaces between functions within the organization.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and management to foster the development of associates towards optimal performance.
- Ensure quality standards are met through effective communication between training teams and management.
- Monitor trends and recommend new best practices and technologies.
- Focus on attrition analysis and action planning at various sites.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and operations teams.
- Manage performance metrics for Trainers and Training Managers.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in education, adult training, or related field.
- Experience in training and quality management principles is advantageous.
- Over 10 years of experience in Training, Quality, or BPO Call Center Operations Management.
- Proven expertise in managing training delivery within the Healthcare sector, particularly during peak enrollment periods.
Compensation & Benefits:
The anticipated base salary range for this remote position is between $155,000 - $165,000. Everise offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, 401k, and paid time off. Compensation may also include discretionary bonuses and additional benefits, depending on the specific role and individual qualifications.
