Job Summary:

As a skilled RN Emergency Care Specialist at Raisso, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. You will also make referrals regarding patient care needs to appropriate personnel and delegate tasks to support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients and provide individualized care.
  • Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments.
  • Deliver patient care competently and interact with family and patients to share care plans.
  • Inform patients and family of hospital procedures and make referrals regarding patient care needs.
  • Delegate tasks to support staff and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience in emergency nursing.
  • Knowledge of professional nursing theories, practices, techniques, and procedures.
  • Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.
  • Some computer skills.
