Soliant is currently seeking a licensed Speech Therapist (SLP) to join a school district in the heart of Massachusetts. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

About the Job:

  • This is a full-time position with 3 available spots.
  • The caseload will be discussed during the interview process.
  • Onsite work will take place during the upcoming school year.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.

Requirements:

  • A valid Massachusetts State SLP License is required, along with a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to competitive pay, benefits include weekly payment, guaranteed work hours, liability insurance coverage, health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits for full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week. Stipends may also be available under certain circumstances.
