Job Description:

The Restaurant General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising every facet of restaurant operations, including food, beverage, and supply management.
  • Ensuring exceptional guest service, meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Controlling Profit & Loss, by following cash control/security procedures, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with the District Manager to develop the restaurant's annual operating budget and control all profit and loss centers.

Requirements:

  • High-volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • A solid track record in achieving financial results.
  • Extremely guest-oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
  • Ability to make themselves available to the restaurant at all times.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to travel to Dallas, Texas for 5 weeks of training before returning to the restaurant.
