  • Clean basins, baths, showers, and bidets to ensure they are free from dirt and grime.
  • Use single solution mopping to clean floors and surfaces.
  • Wash walls to remove dirt, grime, and stains.
  • Mop and sweep floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Use suction cleaning equipment to clean carpeted areas.
  • Dust, damp wipe, wash, and polish surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Strip, dry, and reapply emulsion polish to floors and surfaces.
  • Use machine scrubbing and drying equipment when required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in all cleaning methods outlined in the job description.
  • Approachable and able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Capacity to handle all general cleaning tasks, including lifting equipment and climbing stairs.
  • Ability to work part-time, term-time part-time, and relief positions.
