Key Responsibilities:
  • Total Rewards: Manage benefit plan designs, lead annual enrollment, and administer all benefits programs.
  • HRIS Management: Serve as the primary contact for HRIS support, ensuring optimal system functionality and data security.
  • Compliance: Draft policy documents, manage compliance reporting, and ensure accurate employee notifications.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with investigations, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with various HR functions and maintain updated information on the HR Intranet.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience, is required. HR certification is preferred. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
